AndySoft Enterprises Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with AndySoft Enterprises! We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, please review our return policy outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is not marked as non-returnable in its product description.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Pool tables and billiards (due to size and shipping logistics)
  • Opened or used car radio map SD cards
  • Car Andriod head units that have been installed
  • Customized or personalized car key covers

3. Return Process

To process a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@andysoftenterprises.com with your order number and the reason for your return.                    
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to return your item.     
  3. Ship Your Return: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Clearly write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.                                                                                                                                      
  4. Send It Back: Ship the package to the address provided in your return authorization email. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5-7 business days to reflect on your account.              
  • Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, please let us know when you contact us. Once the returned item is received, we will send the replacement item as per your request.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@andysoftenterprises.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
